Overwhelmingly disappointing We obtained a second floor room (king sized beds are held)….no view at all! It overlooked the porch dining area and had little to no ventilation. Run, far, far away This is the worst place I have ever stayed at and the first place I ever booked based on only online reviews- which must be fake. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom, dirty, dusty and the breakfast! Oh my gawd. Dirty and tiny 'though I had no appetite at all. The syrup would not pour from the sticky gross dispenser...

Photos and info misleading. Old, dirty, gross I found this hotel on the internet. I have a yearly business trip in Waynesville that requires a several night stay. I have stayed in numerous places in the area and decided to try somewhere new. Mistake!
