RecommendedGreat classes and very new clean space. Classes for all levels and a variety of types of classes to choose from including TRX. The instructor were amazing. Pushing you when necessary and helping when you needed it. Felt great afterwards. Was pleasenlty surprised to see locker rooms with showers and all amenities. Great for doing a class before work and then head to work. Highly recommend.
RecommendedThis studio inspires me to try yoga and other types of fitness classes that I would never have even stepped foot into. The space is absolutely beautiful and inviting. Not intimidating at all! I am a true beginner for 90% of the classes being offered and in a few short weeks, I am hooked!
