Today was my first time at Evolution Yoga. I took both a yoga class followed by TRX class. I had a great time and the facility is gorgeous! I might be sore tomorrow but I'll be back. Really happy I found this place.

Evolution is as gorgeous as any high end club in NYC! Fabulous spaces for classes- all mirrored, wood floors, & super high ceilings. Even the hot air in yoga is humidified so it is a perfect heat. The class selection and quality of teaching is top notch...and what an amazing deal - for one price you can take multiple classes. Check out Lisa Rome Steiner's and Maxine's classes if you are looking for a high energy, amazing experience.

Awesome new studio located in Coconut Creek. Took a yoga class with Lisa Steiner and boy does she work the core!!! An extensive lineup of yoga classes plus TRX, pilates, barre and boot camp. Check it out. You'll LOVE it!
