Fun place, fun food, good service Recently went there and reserved outdoor seating for over 45+ people. The staff was very accommodating, food was really good, overall atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend. Also has rooftop seating to watch your favorite football game. Sunday brunch is recommended.

Great Vibes on Greenville Avenue I have been to the Granda Theatre numerous times over the years to see shows, but have never visited their sister location next door the Sundown. We met up with some friends just to hang on Lower Greenville, and not worry about a show. We sat outside on the patio this past weekend, and it was awesome. Well decorated, and...

Nice spot for outdoor dining, even in the Texas heat I was skeptical about eating outdoors in Dallas in September, but the combination of fans and misters made it surprisingly comfortable on the patio. Attention to details I called right at 4pm, which is when they open, got the answering machine so I left a message. I was calling to make sure they weren't too busy for a Monday since we were traveling from afar and it was our wedding anniversary along with having our 19.5 mos old daughter. Basic questions for comfort. I never got a...

Delicious Ate here before going to a concert at The Granada. I had a flatbread & my boyfriend had the brisket wrap. Both were delicious. The sweet potato fries are a must! Seemed to be an older crowd here & a little expensive (but worth it). We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Great find for brunch We ended up here after being told "The Grape" was at full capacity; I am glad we stumbled across this place. I was intrigued by their menu and want to go back to try other items - everything seems healthy and organic. My wife ordered and grilled cheese with sweet potato fries and I ordered the breakfast brisket tacos with...

Great Ambience & Drinks The outdoor patio hangout ambience was pretty good. They have an extensive drinks selection menu. I liked my cucumbertini cocktail and the Buddha Burger. The sweet potato fries were evil!! The only thing i didnt like were the seafood options. I tried the seared ahi tuna in a wonton shell but the only thing that got seared was my wallet......
