Just might have the best Reuben's in the Twin Cities I ordered a Reuben Sandwich there for lunch recently and was pleasantly surprised. They do it right, on marbled rye and don't skimp on the traditional fixin's. You also get a side and I chose the fresh cut fruit which was....fresh cut. Good quality. It is now my favorite Reuben Sandwich in the Twin Cities.
Nice digs Good food, but not great. Really liked the decor. Beer selection could be better. Onion ring appatizer great. Busy on a Tues evening but did not get/need reservation. Its connected to Best Western Inn right of 61. Bar area was cool and quaint. Fireplace a plus
Great Lunch Spot The decor is absolutely decadent. I ordered a grilled cheese with a bowl of soup. The cream soup was outstanding. However, the grilled cheese left something to be desired, like melting. A very fresh location with many lunch options. I would highly suggest this place for lunch.
What a find! This is a great little restaurant that used to be a junky hotel family restaurant. They have totally gutted the old place and made a really nice steak place. The food was excellent (I had the blackened beef medallions, and my wife had the walleye). Everything about the meal was perfect. My wife loved the Rudytini ($11), but death by chocolate was extremely rich. I wouldn't get that again.
Amazing Rudy's has the best food. Great Steaks and sweet potatoe hash brown, and the Death by Chocolate was to die for. The Martini's were my favorite, they have a signature drink they call the Rudy-tini that we all just loved. The atmosphere was a cozy 1920's style with dark red walls and a brick fireplace. I will be back again!
Love this place! The food is EXCELLENT! Best fish I have ever eaten! Food portions are HUGE though - but I still manage to eat both pieces of fish on my plate (nothing else).
