RecommendedMy son has been taking piano lessons with Mr. Camilo for several months. He really enjoys it and has been learning a lot. Staff and teachers are very friendly, would recommend.

The owners are greedy, unjust, and will take your money and not even care about what’s right or wrong. They also have a bunch of incentivized reviews. I know because I was bribed to “win” things if I agreed to leave a 5 star review on google. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else. Especially if you have a scholarship student. They aren’t on the SUFS list of providers that they work with, so they will make up rules as they go to try to milk you for more money. So if there is ever any issue SUFS can’t intervene and t... read more

The school is unfair in how they treat scholarship students. They force longer sessions just to take money from the program. And then they refuse to give you the information you need for reimbursement unless you agree to their rules which were NEVER told to us BEFORE we paid. Since we only took 30 min classes the school refuses to give us the information we need to provide the scholarship program for reimbursement which leave our family out of pocket. That is completely not our fault and for them to refuse is wrong on their ... read more

Dear Ang, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all perspectives, but we must address some points in your recent review. This is the fourth review we’ve received from you in the past week, and while we understand that you’re frustrated, we want to clarify a few things. Our scholarship policy is indeed in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all students. We apologize if the details were not as clear as they should have been prior to your enrollment. However, posting multiple negative reviews doesn’t change our... read more
It’s very unprofessional, my experience with the teacher assigned is lack of patience and I do not recommend it, my 5 year old son was yelled at by one of the instructors and later asked me why she yelled at him.. I do not recommend it. The management also is very unprofessional and at one point when I was upset about a problem he called me “lady”, not ok,
Business response:
Parkland International Music Academy would like to dispute this comment due to the fact that Ms Silva was never a paying costumer at Parkland International Music Academy. Ms Silva came to do a trial a couple weeks ago at no cost when its usually $15 and a free book worth $10 to get her started. Also Parkland international Music Academy gave her 2 free lessons without thinking she will react in this way. After the trial the teacher noticed the student had concentration issues, we recommended to do one of our programs named “L... read more
