Get directionsAwesome rustic Bed & Breakfast This Bed and Breakfast is definitely a hidden gem. It's tucked away in a quiet, residential area of Waynesville. The new (1 year) owners, Jeffrey and Breanna are very hands on and present during your entire stay. They are working hard to make improvements to the property with the guest's comfort in mind. The room we stayed in, The Delannoy, was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The only...
Owners are super nice! Older place but new owners are fixing it up nicely.
Cozy and quiet It was our first time to stay at Bed and Breakfast. First impression of lodge was super impressive. Very quiet and peaceful. Some surrounding houses are not very mountain and that is ruing my review. But nothing can change location of Smoky Mountains which in back yard. Next to lodge is small water stream, constant sound of it making all surrounding so serene. Room was outdated and need a lot...
Great place to stay. Food, atmosphere is fantastic. Jeff & Bre are great hosts. They make you feel like family. Would recommend this Lodge to anyone. Looking forward to visiting them again next year.
What a great place! The food was excellent and the owners, Jeff and Bre, were two fantastic people. I would highly recommend thiis B&B to anyone visiting the Asheville area. Poppa Dew.
Great time -- would visit again. We stayed in the General Rutherford room and had a very restful experience. Jeffrey prepares the breakfasts and they are, in deed, wonderful with the freshest ingredients. We needed a restaurant recommendation for a Monday evening and not only did he find a very nice one, he checked to make sure they were open, made reservations and texted the address to us. We would definitely go back. The...
Lives up to it's name We were looking for someplace different to stay in the greater Asheville area and would consider the Grandview again in the the future. The owner, Jeffrey, was very gracious, even allowing us leeway in our arrival time when we got stuck in unexpected traffic. I would consider this hotel more of a bed & breakfast, as the full hot breakfast was definitely a highlight. The view from the spacious...
