Great staff and wonderful service center From doing a pre-inspection on my used bike (which I bought from a 3rd party, not Fay Meyers), to teaching me how to take care of my new bike (a good hour of the service centers time which I was not charged for), to helping me choose the right gear (which, price for price, was cheaper than I found online at various motorcycle retail outlets), these guys are the absolute best.
Update: Tony did call me and got me my owners manual. He apologized and tried to make things right.
