RecommendedI absolutely love this studio. I’ve mainly taken Love Set and Hot Pilates, but venturing out into Love Barre and other classes. The instructors are genuine and have come to know me by name. Front desk ladies always gave a friendly smile. I look forward to continuing to get stronger mentally and physically!

RecommendedNew to yoga...I started with a Groupon but now have the monthly unlimited membership. What I love is the fact that I can do the same class over and over but it’s never the same. I have tried several instructors and so far I love them all for different reasons. Very creative on how they make their class their own, bringing you back for more!!!

RecommendedI am happy when I come in to do my hot pilates class and I am happier after my workout. I feel much better physically and mentally. I also sleep better and therefore, I will continue to do the hot pilates classes as often as I can.
RecommendedWow! What a facility! The staff at owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. It seems to have something for everybody! I took a class called Love set series taught by Lisa Steiner. One of the best classes I have taken. Challenging and fun! The teacher was phenomenal!
