Loyal client will not return.. I have been a client for years....... Poor scheduling - Rates kept changing I scheduled to have a 'full' done on my daughters hair, along with a cut. When I arrived, the hairdresser informed me that he only had time to do a partial. He said that it was going to cost $125 for the job which I felt was a fair competitive rate but was slightly aggravated that we were being turned away. Horrible Customer Services The esthetician seems to know her craft, albeit not being the most enthusiastic and attentive esthetician around. May be she was so busy that day that she didn't pay any attention to the facial mask that she didn't completely peel off of my face.
