I found it just amazing to realize how much one man was able to accomplish. Loved his stone recliner, but that sun dial was just extraordinary! It may not be huge, but it sure is interesting. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He told us a lot about the tools and methods used. Very educational, too.
Nice tour, but castle might be the wrong word We had a nice tour (included in the price) on the grounds. You'll need the tour to appreciate what you see, mostly a lot of rocks. Skillfully crafted from the underground with a high "how did he do it" content. But still, a lot of rocks.
The coral castle was a neat place to go. It is a very interesting place. It is unique. The tour guides are very friendly and have alot of information. Upon pulling up to the Coral Castle you'd think this was some hokey tourist spot, but it's truly a magical little place. The energy is real and can be felt. This place was a labor of love. Happy we stopped by on our we through!!! Thanks to Gia our tour guide
