It’s hard to put into words how impactful my experience with John and Zephyr Behavioral has been. Without sounding over-the-top, it has been life-changing. This hasn’t just been therapy, it’s been a safe space to heal, learn, and rebuild a stronger, healthier version of myself. I never felt judged, rushed, or like “just another client.” I felt truly supported. I’m incredibly thankful for the care and thoughtful guidance I received.

I have incredibly high regard for Annmarie and Zephyr Behavioral Health. As a long-time user of therapeutic services in different parts of the country including California, New York, and Connecticut, I am so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Most importantly, she manages to be an expert with a deeply caring and empathetic attitude, which is difficult to find. Zephyr itself is highly flexible and adapts to any schedule. I give my highest recommendation to Zephyr and Annmarie.
