With an interesting speak easy hidden entrance and a contemporary decoration, this Chinese restaurant left me a bit disappointed. Even though some dishes tasted good, it does not seem like authentic Chinese. The Pork Ribs were stiff and overcooked and the Chow Fan Noodles were too salty. On the good side, the Szechuan Chicken wings as well as the Smoke Sambal Eggplant were excellent. The portions were generous. Service was pretty attentive. I don’t think that I will return.
Yesenia was an amazing server. The food was a ten out ten. I will definitely return for more. The speakeasy is small and cute so it’s perfect for n intimate setting. Ideal for expanding your palate because the flavors are heavenly. The food is not heavy so you won’t feel lethargic at all. Yesenia is a bartender and a server. Drinks were good and strong. This spot is now a favorite on my Google Maps!
I just spent over $100 on takeout from Xino. Bought the cauliflower chicken fried rice (highly disappointing, loaded with large chunks of eggs and over-fried breaded chicken chunks that are hard). The menu does not say the chicken is breaded and this should be an important callout. If you’re gluten-free and ordering cauliflower rice, why doesn’t the restaurant put that the chicken in the rice is breaded? I also ordered the Szechuan Filet Mignon. Again, just terrible. Very nice experience at Xino !!! Rafael was a great host at the bar and we loved the food .. fried rice was sooooo good !! Ribs were yummy and the lumpia were hands down one of the best . Drinks are nice n sting and done with love by Rafael😎😎😎
Great vibes in this small restaurant in the back of Reunion - make a reservation so you score a spot. The spicy shrimp starter is not to be missed, nor are the ribs. Have to say that the ginger margarita is the best cocktail I’ve had in Miami, and Raphael has to be the best server we’ve had, too. Excellent evening all around.
