Seems like any time I try to call their listed phone number, it won't patch my call through (My phone works with any other automated call system, so it's not "user error"). And then I go in person only to be told that they aren't stocked anymore for the deal or product I was looking for. This has happened on multiple occassions. They have a policy that you can return a cart within 72 hours, with a receipt, if its broken. Except, if you actually try to return something, they make up a reason to not accept the faulty merchandise back. I've been shopping here since 2020, I won't shop here again. Place is a complete joke. Not anywhere on the recipient, on the website, on the packaging or labels. Does it say all sales final. Yet first trying to speak to a qualified manager that is not a 22 yr old punk. Who talks to customers the way he talks to his boyfriend. Disrespectful. Then when getting sick off of their product and when confronted them about the issue, there's nothing they can do about the issue and they think it's unfortunate that a 25 year vet in the industry has no idea what he's talking about. Total was $6 but charged my card $13.50? I didn’t check my receipt before leaving but it said amount charged was $10. I wasn’t told I’d be charged over 6 but more than double came off my card. I wasn’t expecting change back, wasn’t given any and receipt said I was. I’m not going in to make a scene over $7.50 but that’s sketchy and I won’t be back.
