Seems like any time I try to call their listed phone number, it won't patch my call through (My phone works with any other automated call system, so it's not "user error"). And then I go in person only to be told that they aren't stocked anymore for the deal or product I was looking for. This has happened on multiple occassions. They have a policy that you can return a cart within 72 hours, with a receipt, if its broken. Except, if you actually try to return something, they make up a reason to not accept the faulty merchandise back. I've been shopping here since 2020, I won't shop here again. Been going to xclusive for years with no problem, today my husband and I walk in 3 people behind the counter 2 on their phone, not one person looks up, I say hi can you please tell me what deals you have on flower, one girl still doesn’t look up. Says rudely same deals we have every day, my husband says we didn’t ask you that, she starts going off, talking about we don’t have to shop here today, we get into it with everyone except one girl who remained professional the whole time. Very rude will not be going back.
This is hands down the BEST dispensary in Denver! Found this place by chance 3 years ago and kept coming back! They have the most genuine staff! Plenty of inventory! The best Flower, I always let them pick out my flower and they've never failed me. Plenty of choices on concentrates, and edibles! Don't forget Joints! They have some amazing strains on joints! I always get a joint for the go! Thanks for always being that store I can count on!!! 10/10
