I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, and after this experience, I will not be returning. I purchased a $35 battery that turned out to be incompatible with the cartridges I regularly buy—cartridges sold by this same shop. The size difference is only a few millimeters, but it makes the battery completely unusable. Both locations acknowledged the issue. If your cute don't go here today is my birthday I went in with free 7gram scratch off. The girl seen it was my birthday we asked if there was birthday deals she said nothing to us. She had an issue from the moment we walked in. I won't be back I don't want to be hated on by a dang budtender. In top of all that this ain't seven grams got home and weighed it. This location is actually the worst one. The budtender that helped me today had an awful attitude (skinny black lady with a septum piercing) not once did she even smile. Horrible customer service skills on top of being out of every product I went in for. If I could give a -5 star review I would. If you want a good xclusive go to the other two locations, they are ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS have the products you’re looking for.
