From the moment I walked in I was asked if I needed help by kind and helpful faces. Brian helped me get a wash card and helped me find the best machines to fit my load sizes. Calm and clean area to sit and wait. Staff cleaned and provided maintenance and impeccable customer service. I absolutely will return!
I had to go to the laundromat today because my washer is down. Haven’t Been to 1 in over 10 years. First of all the automatic doors amazing air conditioning was phenomenal family feud on the TV always say plus I was greeted upon entry my daughter and myself. The attendant asked if I need help I explained my situation and she literally walked me through every step I paid $12.5 for the biggest washer and the dry was free!! 11 mins!! clothes are clean smells good. Very friendly customer forward and the facility is sooo clean
Clean professional establishment. Black & family owned! During preparation to officially open, owner allowed me to wash my table cloths & seat covers (150) for a catering event. He refused to let me pay. He said it benefited him to ensure machines were operating as expected. That was extremely generous. His entire family was cordial. Thank you for providing this service to our community!
I had no idea how to wash comforters. My ex wife always did it so I just showed up and crossed my fingers. Lucky for me the nicest business attendant named Rene stepped up saw I was confused and walked me through the entire process. Showed me how to get my Wave Max card loaded, which machines to use and even how to get free drying. Could not be more pleased. If Rene wasn’t married I would have taken her out to dinner that night. What a sweetheart !!!
Should not offer for them to pay and wash for you and not have a proper setup. Should have employees after hours shift to do this. You end up not having open washers for customers. Other than that great place.
