In from out of town and my Grand Cherokee was whirring in the front end. Another mechanic shop referred me to Walt’s CDJR and it was a blessing. Met Mike Swain in service dept. and he took care of things. After the tech diagnosed the problem, Mike ordered the parts and got me in the very next day for front wheel bearings and brakes. The price was agreed upon before hand and held to. Mike and the tech met with us afterwards and reviewed the work done. I stopped in today to check out a vehicle I saw online. After being greeted, I worked with salesmen Carter and Andrew, and Gene to finalize the paper work. Carter and Andrew were phenomenal. They were straight forward, honest and friendly. They told me that the Jeep I initially wanted was no longer available but went right to work to find a vehicle that fit all of my needs! ****Edited Review. Thank you Cameron for the phone call addressing the issue we had yesterday. We appreciate that and we will see you soon with our other truck. Superior customer service from Cameron the service manager. It takes follow up when customers are upset and that’s exactly how to follow up and make things right. Stopped today for an oil change. I’m a hotshot driver and had problems with my truck. I had to unhook at a rest stop and towed the truck to this dealership. Michelle and staff was very helpful. They had many in front of me but understood my situation and got me in. I got here at 10 and they were done by 430. I’m glad I broke down near this dealership
