This is a great addition to the neighborhood, thrashed my way up there on an e-bike from the casa and ate a burger. The food is actually pretty good. The view is great and the folks were friendly. Fun fact, they have fire pits going to add to the ambiance. Cool spot!
We are not from Dallas but last last year we stop by and had great experience with juicy dumplings and a beer but its sad as we were informed the green truck which used to serve those great dumplings is no more there. Im also suprised how can management let that happen though its not our business. Seriously one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! They are open Thursday-Tuesday (check their hours before you come) and there is usually live music on Friday and Saturday. I am hoping they make this Hot Honey Ranch Burger a regular menu item. That burger along with the rosemary sweet potato fries and a beer or cider on tap is seriously addicting.
We ordered 3 boxes of fries and asked what oil they are fried in because we are vegetarian. The guy said beef tallow and we said than we will just cancel the order of the fries before we paid. The guy told us that his chef already started making it which was very frustrating but we just said fine. On top of that it took 15 minutes to come out and NOBODY was there except 1 other family that ordered 5 minutes after us and got their food 3 minutes before us and it was the same order. We love the Viridian Biergarten!! The lemon pepper wings are amazing. They’ve recently added wine to the menu so you can get wine, beer and ciders here. Drink prices are reasonable. They’ve had live music most Friday and Saturday nights lately and have also almost always had a food truck or 2. I’m gluten intolerant and have had no problems with their wings and sweet potato fries.
