They are very organized and patient in answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions. Danni provided great customer service. I felt comfortable being there. Very nice place and very inviting! I would recommend coming to Vice!
Hallie's customer service was awesome to say the least. She was able to help me know which product I had ordered in the past so I could refill that order. She was product knowledgeable and recommended items when I asked about strains I was unsure about. She even told me about the specials on other items I had selected to make sure I got the best deal. And because she was so helpful I even bought extra supplies 🥰 very happy with my visit today!
Vincent and Kaela were a pleasure to do business with. They were personable and very knowledgeable. The store is clean and has a wide variety of products. I have been to several stores in the area and after this experience, this will be my go to store!
One of the best shops in ABQ. If you are looking for a place with top shelf flower and vapes with great deals WEEKLY you have to stop by Vice. Not only great prices but an approachable, friendly staff that always have great recommendations. My partner and I thoroughly enjoy every visit to the shop and have developed great contacts with the staff, it is wonderful to find a place that the staff enjoys their work; represented with them staying to build relationships with their customers.
