UsGirls has been absolutely fantastic! Dania goes out of her way to reschedule my regular cleanings when I need to switch times, even though I'm sure it's not ideal for them and she's always lovely about it. Sydney and team are thorough, professional and quick! I'm always amazed when I get home after they clean. Their attention to detail is top notch. Booked a standard house cleaning 4 weeks in advance and was quoted a very reasonable price. Unfortunately on the day of my appointment I had not heard from anyone yet when staff was 30 min late and had to reach out myself. I was told on two separate occasions that my appointment was being pushed back initially by 4 hours and then an additional 2 hours from the original time. I was unavailable 6 hours after my initial appointment time and was forced to cancel.

The UsGirls Cleaning team is professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They arrived promptly and went above and beyond to ensure every nook and cranny of my home was spotless. We had a super dusty house after having some remodeling done. They were super flexible with their scheduling and very communicative. They came in and did such an amazing job. We would definitely use them again if we ever needed.
