We were pleasantly surprised when Bremen came to our home fully prepared to discuss AC options. Our a/c was not cooling for a day. Thought putting vinegar down the tube would rectify that. No. Called Saturday around 5:00 and assumed we’d have to wait until Monday for service. Being a member, the tech came within 2 hours at no extra charge. Matt was efficient and determined that we have a motor on the condensing unit outside that needs replacing. We had an excellent experience, starting with an immediate response at the reception and followed by someone on-site in hours. We were without heat and anxious to get our HVAC system replaced. Gregg, our technician that showed up was very knowledgeable on the product and ultimately earned our business. Unbelievably the unit was installed the following day.
