I came to tin roof Friday and Sunday and both times I had Mckinlee. She was on point! Great server. Her energy was amazing. She was very informative about food and drinks. I definitely cannot wait to go again.
Update: Went back. Had the tenders. Excellent, as predicted. Service and atmosphere remain great. Try the Tin Roof Sauce. Stopped by Tin Roof for lunch. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, as the bartender said it was very popular (but she had not yet tried it herself.) Let me just say that the service and atmosphere were absolutely fine. I visited this spot recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. To start with the positives, the vibe is absolutely on point. The decor is stylish, and the lighting creates a perfect mood for a night out. The music was definitely the highlight for me—a great playlist that kept the energy up without being so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. Was down in STL visiting and decided to stop here for brunch, and it was worth it , the food was good which matched the vibes. The best part was my server Mckinlee honestly. Above and beyond , she def made she I had a time!
I am giving this an overall 1 star experience because the place is not safe. I went with my girlfriend there, the night was pretty good. When we were returning, we were extremely high and drunk. Somebody from the streets threw a plastic ball containing some fluids targeting us and it hit my girlfriend’s head. The pain was too much.
