I recently visited Timber Pizza Co. and came away with a solid experience. There wasn’t anything particularly extraordinary about the visit, but the food was good and I’d happily return when I’m in the mood for pizza. I ordered The Shirley and substituted chicken for the chorizo, and the pizza was excellent. Fantastic pie and a great atmosphere. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection. Perfectly browned bottom on the crust. The toppings weren't overwhelming and you could tell the ingredients were top notch to. Pie was perfect size for two people to share. Got the pretty in pepperoni and added meatballs. Each topping was superb. Meatballs had great taste, the pepperoni cupped and charred and the fresh mozerlla mix was awesome. This pizza was soooo yummy and i loved the crust. The cheese was amazing. The Martha was good but it had an insane amount of garlic but it was still pretty good. The little c- cesear salad was honestly pretty disrespectful with how small it is for $11 and then they put on the menu that 2 people can share this which is not true. Overall good pizza but small serving sizes. $50 for two pizzas and a salad.
Really enjoyed this place! The food was delicious where you could taste all the flavors, good variety options to drink, and the service was great. Partner and I got our own pizza but the good thing we were able to do half for each. Meaning we were able to try 4 different of their signature pizzas. It was definitely enough for us. Will be back!
The pizza I got was supposed to be kinda spicy, but I couldn't taste anything. My girlfriend's pineapple pizza was actually the spicy one, which is funny. Pizza was good overall, though. But the price was... like, 18 bucks for a personal pizza? And there wasn't much cheese, mostly just bread.
