The beef brisket empanadas as hot out of the oven. The dough is pizza dough so it’s like mini calzone. The pepperoni pizza was chewy, great, and just what I ordered with a double dose of pepperoni and cheese. Could have had more pepperoni but I love em. Staff are friendly. Food was ready in ten minutes. Located down in Ballston Quarter, the sound acoustics are awful so it’s really noisy. But the empanadas at 3 for 5 bucks or 6 for 10 are meaty. No other filler. They come with a pineapple zesty dip. Very nice.

Timber pizza always hits. I’m not a pizza expert but it feels and tastes like they put in more effort than other spots. Chewier crust, good char, etc. Go in person and pick it up fresh.

We tried 3 times to get a gluten free pizza but the place was out of it. Finally, for the fourth time we got the gluten free pizza and I am very disappointed!! I would never go back there again. The pizza was uncooked and not presented. Very disappointed.

I HAVE TRIED THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! Even though Im not allergic to the flour I still got the gluten free pizza and the crust is just so crispy, It’s just so good you got to try gluten free pizza at least once in your life 🫣🍕

This is by far the most perfect pizza around Ballston. I’ve tried all the places. Some are good. Timber Pizza Co is GREAT! The Pretty in Pepperoni is on point.
