I was very pleased with the quality and great customer service. I ordered a floral arrangement for get-well wishes for a co-worker and was super pleased with the overall experience. The recipient called and told me how beautiful they were when they arrived and then again a week later to tell me they still looked great! I highly recommend this business.

Mr. Dan Quin was rude, cursing at the owner on the phone loud enough for me to hear across the room, and yelling at me on the phone. No one deserves to be treated like that. His order was never in the system. We apologized. Once a valid phone #, or name is typed in and the enter button is pressed , a ticket # is automatically generated and even if the order is never completed or the computer gets turned off, the ticket # still exists. there was no ticket #, therefore, no order was started. I have ordered here many times. Each time the arrangements have not been just good but have been amazing, outstanding breathtakingly so. Always more than I expected. Customer service is unbelievable, every time I have ordered. I have always received a call or a note or a text about the order. Thank you Mr. Threlkel. So... Very disappointing. I ordered flowers for a friend. They did not get delivered until late in the afternoon, the flowers were left outside in the hot sun. My friend was home and said she never heard a knock or doorbell ring. No message was left for her. I had to ruin the surprise and tell her to go the front door to find the flowers. They had my phone number incorrect on the order. I called several times to find out the status on the order, each time they left me holding while I was a work. I ordered a deluxe arrangement of pink roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary. I spent $200 on the arrangement. The flowers looked OK the first day but never opened up and became brown in 3 days. Obviously they used old flowers and charged a premium for that. I was very disappointed and wrote them an email complaining and asking for them to do something about it--Never heard back from them. I will never order flowers from then again and will tell everyone I know how bad they are. What a rip off.
