About 6 months ago Michael and his staff were able to create an amazing custom design poster for a special event. My guests are still remarking at how impressive the design was. Thank you for the exceptional work!
Really great customer service and a large selection of products. I had a less than great experience trying to custom order T-Shirts for my studio many months ago via a smaller vendor, to which Michael and team really went above and beyond to ensure we were professionally delt with. Fast, efficient and I highly recommend this lovely organisation for ordering branded merchandise.
We ordered a batch of long sleeve fishing shirts and couldn't be more pleased with the result. The quality of the shirts is top-notch – lightweight, breathable, and perfect for hot summer days. The company logo was applied with a clean, professional finish. Turnaround time was also impressive – everything arrived on schedule, just as promised. Great experience from start to finish. Hi, I would have given them a zero star if possible. Last year we picked up a sweatshirt from them and my son tried it on right there and got stung by a bee. This year I showed up 3 times to pick up my order during their business days and they are never there. I don't understand why they don't just say open by appointments instead of 10am to 6pm. I will tell the school to please find a new place for us to be able to get our shirts from. Because I do not think I can go through this for the next 8 years with my kids needing sh... read more
I can't say enough about the quality of work competed by German Carreno Embroidery Manager. Not only did German finish the job in a day & a half, but his suggestion for the layout of the Logo on the hats & shirts really made the logo POP!! And working with Michael the very first time was like working with someone I've worked with for 20+ years. Easy & smooth, immediately on the same page.
