As any attender of this facility knows it is one of large. Thus being said my experience was delightful however I ran into an issue where I found myself being late to a meeting in a convention as doing so I therefore left a very important piece of needed equipment into my room the oldest mistake in the book one might say .. it was in fact the key card and my wallet inside the hotel room. Booked a facial here, and it was ok. Not great but ok. The esthetician that I had made me feel very self conscious of my skin, and in doing so pressured me to buy products.it just was not relaxing, or enjoyable. I left feeling like I wish I hadn’t have treated myself and booked a service. I also had purchased the most expensive facial offered and she didn’t consult with me about not being able to do some of the extra services provided with that facial because of skin issues she alerted me to- yet I still paid for the most ... read more

Always a wonderful experience here, spent the day and night. The Mystic side parking lot that had an event called "Ribfest" . We walked over from the suite. They had a live band (several of them). Ate some very good ribs and sweet corn. Had a lot of security so everyone in our party felt safe, Especially the ones that won the casino. Very nice day and evening... Thank You ♥️

It was terrible you how they say the house always wins they mean it even on a giveaway. It's amazing how they can make the computer say what they want it to say. Just to give you a bunch of I don't know sir and some unfullfiling sorry which does nothing for no one. Molly the slots supervisor working that night was no help. I know no one will contact or even reply to this why bother when you don't care about customer service. Keep im mind this is not about winning it's about earning tier points for a giveaway

Wow! Can't wait to return. The pool, hot tub area was our favorite place to hang out. Lots of food choices..even casino hot dogs. Not a lot of luck on the slots but lots of slots to choose from. Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend!
