I’ve been going to Modern Halo for 2 years now and honestly the membership speaks for itself. It is more than worth it. My hair has never been healthier and it grows so fast. The entire team is amazing and the customer service is always top notch. Kitta is my go-to stylist and she always takes such great care of me. Everyone there is so sweet. Highly recommend!
I got the Platinum Halo experience with a blow dry afterward, and it is honestly one of the BEST experiences of my life. I have long, thick, waist length hair, and taking care of it is a part time job. I’ve never found a salon that I felt like was truly making a difference, but this one resonates with me. I had an amazing experience at Modern Halo Massage! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and very welcoming. Kita was absolutely wonderful professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. She took the time to understand my needs and focused on the areas where I needed the most relief. If I could give this experience a million stars I would! I have a stressful job and was looking to treat myself and thought a hair wash and massage sounded heavenly. I called Modern Halo was was great by a friendly receptionist that helped me get scheduled for the very next day. I was also told they were demo-ing a new service (a facial add-on) and asked if I wanted to try it. Wow - did I hit the jackpot because the facial was AMAZE!! I did the Platinum Halo (their most expensive head spa treatment) and honestly, it was very underwhelming. I went in expecting an actual scalp massage, but there was hardly any real massaging at all. It was mostly very light scalp touches and running water with medium pressure. It felt more like head scratching than a massage. The massage tool they used at the very end, maybe for 2 minutes actually had more pressure than the entire 70-minute service, which says a lot.
