I was impressed at how genuine Rhonda was when she came to my house to give an estimate. She wasn't trying to get money out of us. She really cared about meeting our needs at a price that would work with our budget. The installation team was impressive - they got the job done quickly and effectively. My ductless a/c & heat pump looks and works great!
I wanted to take a minute to leave a review for the mini split we had installed, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. I cannot recommend The Heat Pump Store and our sales rep, Rhonda Durham, highly enough. We live in a 90s townhouse that was drafty and reliant on expensive cadet/baseboard heaters.
