I don't leave reviews, but I can't say enough good things about Rhonda and her crew! Rhonda worked with me to get a two zone ductless heat pump split for my old single wide. Rhonda seriously went above and beyond to find a way to make this possible for me! It looks beautiful, works great! So quiet! I am toasty warm and it kicks on to keep the house warm when the fire starts to burn down! Looking forward to the heat and AC in my bedroom this summer! No more noisy energy sucking window units! I was impressed at how genuine Rhonda was when she came to my house to give an estimate. She wasn't trying to get money out of us. She really cared about meeting our needs at a price that would work with our budget. The installation team was impressive - they got the job done quickly and effectively. My ductless a/c & heat pump looks and works great!
I wanted to take a minute to leave a review for the mini split we had installed, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. I cannot recommend The Heat Pump Store and our sales rep, Rhonda Durham, highly enough. We live in a 90s townhouse that was drafty and reliant on expensive cadet/baseboard heaters.
