I cannot recommend The Heat Pump Store and our sales rep, Rhonda Durham, highly enough. We live in a 90s townhouse that was drafty and reliant on expensive cadet/baseboard heaters. I don't leave reviews, but I can't say enough good things about Rhonda and her crew! Rhonda worked with me to get a two zone ductless heat pump split for my old single wide. Rhonda seriously went above and beyond to find a way to make this possible for me! It looks beautiful, works great! So quiet! I am toasty warm and it kicks on to keep the house warm when the fire starts to burn down! Looking forward to the heat and AC in my bedroom this summer! No more noisy energy sucking window units! I had a great experience with The Heat Pump Store! Tim really took his time and explained all aspects of our ductless heat pump install. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent tools at his disposal to streamline the process and calculate the heat load for the house to ensure the equipment was the correct size for the space. Very happy with my new heat pump! Rhonda was very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. I originally only planned to get a one-zone system, but two days before the scheduled installation, I had a change of heart and decided to get the three-zone. Todd from the heat pump store did an excellent job. He answered all of my questions with the upmost confidence and sincerity. I have to admit I was skeptical of what the mini split would do but I'm here to tell you they will change the comfort of your home by 100%. The electricity bill also went down which was definitely welcomed.
