The staff at the heat pump store are all so kind. They enter your house and take precautions to cover their shoes, which I greatly appreciate. They promptly cleaned up the mess that they had made. Justin and his crew worked fast and quick, ac installed, cold air ready for the summer and it took no more than a handful of hours, some testing, setting up and explainations. This is a big step for me and my wife and the kids. Thanks again for the kind crew and quick installation.

The Heat Pump Store has done it again. This is the 3rd time in 7 years that we have gone to them for heat pump+mini-splits to heat/cool our Oregon homes in every season. Every time they have provided excellent tech advice, service, and equipment at a great price. Today’s installation team (Justin, Miriam, Jesse and Axel) showed up early in a driving rain storm and hung from ladders to install line sets.
