The minisplit was just installed yesterday. So far so good. Todd was very helpful with his explanations and very responsive when I had questions (i really appreciated this!). The two men who did the install were earnest and professional and seemed to do a very tidy job. From calling for a quote to the install, the process was quick and seamless. Color me impressed. :). After the crazy heat wave a couple of years ago, I got a full system from The Heat Pump Store. Todd Hutchens organized the complex project. I decided to add a unit to my unfurnished attic as it now gets ridiculously hot due to climate change. Again, a very complex project adding a small unit and repurposing/moving the lines from another to address the attic - 4 electricians on the job! The staff at the heat pump store are all so kind. They enter your house and take precautions to cover their shoes, which I greatly appreciate. They promptly cleaned up the mess that they had made. Justin and his crew worked fast and quick, ac installed, cold air ready for the summer and it took no more than a handful of hours, some testing, setting up and explainations. This is a big step for me and my wife and the kids. Thanks again for the kind crew and quick installation.
