The entire team worked to provide me with a thoughtful plan for a heat pump install for my 100 year old Denver home. They worked around my complicated schedule (knee surgery) to figure out a 2 part install so that I could be comfortable during my recovery period during this incredibly hot summer. The entire process from estimate to install was smooth: the team was communicative and quick, and we are so pleased with our minisplit. We are considering adding a second head! I love my heat pump system! The company was extremely thorough in planning the system, offered a reasonable price, and the installers worked hard and did a great job. The system is extremely effective and efficient.

Max and his entire team are amazing! I highly recommend the Heat Pump Store and could not be more satisfied. I opted for the DIY program and these guys had my back the entire time. When it came time to charge and finish the system their techs made my DIY work look 100% professional. Max even got me Xcel rebates as well as Boulder County rebates for my system. Again, I can't recommend this company more!

The Heat Pump Store was terrific. Max did a fantastic job with the information and sales end of things. We experienced 2 primary installers. Brandon and Richard. Both technicians were friendly and answered all of our questions. The group of electricians also did exemplary work. We are very happy with our new heat pumps and look forward to using them throughout the year. Thank you Max and Heat Pump Store team!
