We recently installed two separate Quilt systems in our home and we couldn't be happier with the entire process and the outcome. Ryan was great at communicating with us and providing efficient heating/cooling solutions for our needs. The team of electricians and installers that set up the whole system were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had The Heat Pump Store install a Quilt heat pump in my house in Eugene about a month ago - couldn't be happier replacing the base board heat. Great system, the install team was fantastic, and the overall support from Ryan was stellar. Looks well done on the outside, and the units themselves (inside and out) are very sharp. Home temperature balance is now great, and support has been terrific.

We just had a ductless system installed by the team at The Heat Pump Store. From first talking to Ryan to the work on the new system, the team was great to work with, very professional and listened and catered to our needs. They cleaned up after themselves and our house feels great with this new system. We highly recommend The Heat Pump Store.

I worked with Ryan Gregg at The Heat Pump Store on finding a solution to heat and cool an auxiliary building on my property. The unit they sold me is efficient, nearly-silent, and has made a huge impact on the comfort of my space. The day they installed it they were exceptionally prepared, efficient, professional, and left no mess. I would gleefully recommend and/or work with The Heat Pump Store again for any future heating or cooling needs!
