Great place with the best prices and cool staff! Knows a lot about their products. Had a pen that was burnt and they helped me out. The guy with all the tatts is great.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Both guys I've dealt with at night the 6 times I've been here have been top tier with the customer service. Highly recommend this place for all the goods and reasonable prices. Quality every time I come. 10/10 thank you guys!

Walked in and met Eli, he was personable and knowledgeable about this items. He even pulled out all the stickers so that I could take a peek. Kind and thoughtful. Will frequent this head shop often. Good prices too!

Terrible customer service. I'm not sure if it was an owner or an employee, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. How difficult can it be? All you have to do is get the item customer wants, pack it, and give it to customer. You don't need to shout or be condescending. It's an extremely simple work, and he still fails it. And no, I'm not with "affiliation with hollywood smoke shop". No wonder why local smoke shops have beef with this place.
