Love this place. My wife and I are huge gamers/collectors so of course we stopped here. We actually got our wedding engagement photos here a few years ago and they came out so good (Our wedding was Kingdom Hearts themed). Thank you to everyone there.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at this location! We were thrilled to find the game Skate in great condition—it was the only location that had it available. We also brought in a PS3 controller to be checked and went in expecting to pay a lot for repairs, but Jay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pricing, thoroughly cleaned the controller, and made sure it was in perfect working condition before we even paid for the repair. Jay was awesome. He diagnosed my n64 after I found out that it was showing picture but no audio. After about a week, I went back to the shop, and he fixed it. He was great at explaining a summary of his steps in the repair.
Great selection! Great staff too! One of the friendliest game stores in the valley, never had a bad encounter or anything in that nature. Prices are steep tho, so I usually bring something to trade-in to make the purchase reasonable. Yeah they have a discount program which is cool but purchasing at the store does save the worry of damage during shipping while shopping online. I’ve bought multiple consoles and dozens of games here. All still work and are in good condition. Jay is always nice and informative. I’m always allowed to browse at my own pace and I’m always given a “have a good day” even if I haven’t purchased anything. They’ve shipped multiple games from other stores to this location so I don’t have to drive across town. All around great place to pick up classic games and consoles.
