Incredibly friendly service, prompt arrival time, and transparency pricing. They were very quick and very kind humans. I appreciated being able to schedule over text as well. I had to schedule just a few days before and they could easily accommodate my last minute needs.
I got their card from Living Spaces staff when I bought a new sofa. They returned calls promptly and gave me reminders and called to update me that they were running late (appreciated that so wasn't worried when the window past). They gave me a time frame/window but ran late that day and showed up like 2.5 hours after the window. Once they arrived they were fast - removed my L sofa and coffee table. Charged $250 plus tip for removing two peices of furniture.
Quick and efficient. I had a bunch of heavy junk sitting around in a storage pod and in front of my house and they were able to get it all out in about an hour. My only minor gripe is being asked for a tip, but everyone asks for tip these days. Would definitely use them again though.
