I've had a chance to use the Dallas Observer as a marketing tool for my business. I will say I've been overall disappointed with everything start to finish. Holli was friendly and upfront. She will tell you all the great marketing they have, SEO, blah blah. Compared to other marketing tools I've been using, all Holli cares about is securing you into a contract.
