Stopped by The Copperfield for lunch and thought it was a solid place. I had the turkey sandwich with the tomato basil soup, and the soup was really good. Dipping the sandwich in it made for a great combo. The waffle fries were nice and crispy too. My partner ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was okay, but it's definitely a simpler sandwich with just pickles and sauce. If you like a more classic, no-frills crispy chicken sandwich, you'll probably enjoy it. 1st this is a big change from the brew pub (crooked pint) that was replaced. They have a desert counter at the entrance, so if you forget you can pick something before you leave, OR if you want a sweet treat you can pop and and get it. We were told they make all there food including desert at the location. My son and I have a side quest rating Cheese Curds and these curds are legit and are up on our list. The food was not very good. The vibe really throws you off as it’s now got a very “breakfast cafe” look. It should have stayed a more family friendly bar type restaurant as it is in the area that hosts a lot of events. Really disappointed 😔
Great new addition to the downtown area. Food is very fresh and they use local farms to source their meat. Everyone is super friendly and atmosphere is relaxed but with an upscale feel.
As a longtime huge fan of the crooked pint, I was sad to see it go but I went here the other day with family and oh my gosh this did not disappoint! Their burgers are so goooood. One of my family members got the salad and she said it was super good, their flatbread is awesome too! Highly reccomend and will try again!
