Stopped by The Copperfield for lunch and thought it was a solid place. I had the turkey sandwich with the tomato basil soup, and the soup was really good. Dipping the sandwich in it made for a great combo. The waffle fries were nice and crispy too. My partner ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was okay, but it's definitely a simpler sandwich with just pickles and sauce. If you like a more classic, no-frills crispy chicken sandwich, you'll probably enjoy it. My husband had the Bananas Foster pancakes and I had a short stack of pancakes. They were HUGE and fantastic. We have enough leftovers for the rest of the week! The waitress was exceptional! Thank you for a delicious breakfast. PS. Love the new digs! Gorgeous!
First time and we loved it! Definitely will be back next week. We got the chicken adobo flat bread for an appetizer (excellent recommendation from our waitress Tony). Then ordered the Tom Tom turkey sandwich and Reuben. It’s all great! Can’t wait to try some entree bowls and burgers next! And the dessert, didn’t have room this time. Located in the curling club. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made us feel welcome. Downeast Blackberry on tap (big plus). Mac Daddy burger was delicious. Well cooked, sauce on the side. Chicken pecan salad was delightful. Dressing was very well done. Roasted apples, 2 kinds of cheese. Would get it again. Mark our server was delightful, very attentive in a busy time. Will be back. 1st this is a big change from the brew pub (crooked pint) that was replaced. They have a desert counter at the entrance, so if you forget you can pick something before you leave, OR if you want a sweet treat you can pop and and get it. We were told they make all there food including desert at the location. My son and I have a side quest rating Cheese Curds and these curds are legit and are up on our list.
