Tch is the best poker room in DFW area with full of action and multiple stake games are being offered. Kayla is the one of amazing Bartender who’s always providing an excellent customer service. There are many bartenders at this facility but she is one of the best I’m sure TCH needs to hire employees like her. In addition, all the floor managers Brian Wade and Danny the hosts Alex and above all of the dealers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great great experience !! Manager on Wednesday was very helpful setting up my registration and tour of the property. Dealers are very friendly and personable!! Extremely well run professionally well run poker room. Love that you offer phone chargers by purchasing $5 cable.. would love to return soon!! PS. First time with bomb pots and running multiple streets/boards more than once which is high octane action even for me !!!!
Solid room but everytime I try and go go back it's just not great. Met 2/5 reg for sushi and decided to play Monday...dealer was so slow and lazy more interested in talking to the players..we gor 1 bomb pot plus 5 holdem hands his entire 30 min....if your going to chardge the most you should at least provide good service....great potential but it's going to be difficult for me to to be excited to go back
I played in multiple rooms from Dallas to Austin to San Antonio and Houston. This is by far the best room in the state. They have the nicest amenities, best dealers, and best waitresses. Here is Kat, always on top of your food and beverage needs. Try it out, you will not be sorry. Thanks.
Hostess was a sweetheart. I wish I could remember her name. Good atmosphere. Great bar, service a little slow but overall I was very pleased with the place.
