Great ice cream, just a little pricey compared to others in the valley though! Would definitely come back as I thought the flavor of the ice cream was great and the spot was convenient and a great hang out inside. I think they offer unique options compared to just a scoop of ice cream like a lot of other places in the valley! Another tip would just be to have more enthusiastic employees. It seems like the person that helped us seemed like he did not care to be there.
This location of Sweet Republic just opened and we were so glad we stopped by! The owner was there and so sweet and friendly, providing us with several delicious samples and explained how everything there is made in-house from scratch with fresh ingredients. 10/10 and the toasted marshmallow is chef's kiss!! Prices are decent. Love the bottled soda. Super clean inside. Cute little patio area to sit outside as well.
We LOVE this local ice cream shop and are so excited they opened a location in Old Town! They always have fun unique flavors to try and elevated classics like Real Mint Chip (a MUST TRY). They make everything from scratch including marshmallows! Five stars all around
I have been a huge fan of Sweet Republic since they opened 16 years ago and I am so happy they are close to me in Old Town! This handcrafted artisan ice cream is incredibly delicious and has become the best in the Valley. Ice Cream Chef Helen creates the most unique flavors, like creamed corn, which is one of my favs in the summer. Reminds me of my childhood in Iowa.
