by far the best omakase experience i’ve ever had! every aspect of it from the food to the atmosphere & to the team is top tier & so intentional. highly recommend any of the drink pairings! i’ve been to the one in Charleston, SC & can confirm Sushi Bar restaurants are consistently incredible across the board. worth every penny. can’t wait to go back to any & all of them!!

Absolutely incredible experience. From the welcome cocktail to the wine pairing to the sushi courses. They accommodated my gluten allergy as well. An email was sent after thanking us for visiting and asking for feedback. Truly phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back.

Sushi Bar is another level of food enjoyment when Rey Bello organizes the Chef's visits. I have been there for two of those and every time it is a completely different vibe and experience. I am so glad to go there as I also have the opportunity to know more people who enjoy living different experiences here in Nashville. One of the best restaurant experiences ever with great atmosphere added to it by amazing chefs and sommeliers!! Kudos to the team, every bite was heavenly! Can’t recommend enough, we will be back soon!

Best Sushi / Omakase experience in middle Tennessee. We have enjoyed Sushi Bar four times already since we discovered it five months ago. A great location to celebrate special occasions.
