Would recommend Superior to anyone needing HVAC services. Scheduled to have my AC checked out due to some leaking. Jerry took time to explain all that he was seeing and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently! I am one who asks many questions and Jerry to the time to answer them thoroughly. Professional and personable which is what we have come to expect from Superior. We have chosen them for our HVAC needs for over 20 years and they deliver honest, experience backed work everytime.
The peace of mind I have knowing when I call Superior they will get the job done with quality products & services is priceless. I had to have my whole heating/AC/water heater infrastructure replaced due to electrical damage from one of our many storms in 2025. Korey Tallevast came out to do the A/C checkup. We have 2 units and one is in our attic. He went above and beyond pointing things out to me and changing the drainage pipes to help with better drainage. In the basement he gave me tips to make my dehumidifier work better. I felt like he was there to make my system work better and help me understand what he was doing. A very courteous and knowledgeable technician.
Jerry came and accessed the situation quickly. He knew exactly what needed to be done without hesitation. He educated me on the financial decisions/choices available. He even killed a wasp in my house before leaving. I had an amazing experience with him. Would recommend!
Korey did a great job showing what the issues were with both units. He gave me 4 options for the AC replacement. Both Noah & Zach showed up the next day and installed new units. Very reasonable pricing & friendly service. Will definitely recommend to others!
