MARCH 2026 - After having a dishwasher installed we discovered two water gaskets were likely broken. Within 30 minutes of reaching out to Superior Service, their tech John Goste was already at my home and giving me estimates on the repair. He did a great job and was very thorough in making sure once the water to the house was back on that everything was working as it should. Today started off great Alex and Jacob from Superior service HVAC installer came to my home installing new air conditioner and furnace they were very nice and easy to talk to they did awesome job outstanding they took out old unit and cleaned up . Alex give me a carbon doctor that was great. I'M telling all my friends about you guy's and the company Superior Service is the way to go for excellent service thank you for everything 💕
Alex and Brendan were our Superior installers for our new heating system. Despite significant weather conditions they called and arrived early. Ready to get the old system out and new up and running. They were both so helpful and kind. Going in and out of the house aware of our pets. We really appreciated their expertise. Some story of the furnace going out for a zero degree foot of snow weekend but superior to save and warm the day. Thx again v&c
Superior Service was fantastic! When my AC went out and had someone else come initially to assess the problem, it was determined we needed a whole new system. Superior shifted schedules and sent Scott (a project manager) over early the day I called. After comparing their proposal and that of a reputable competitor we went with Superior and so happy we did. My AC went out and the heat of St. Louis Summer lucky for me. Superior Service was right across the street. They took my appointment next day diagnose. The issue gave me options and installed a fabulous system. That will give me peace of mind for years to come everybody in the office was wonderful to work with all the technicians were well educated informed, professional, courteous, kind, and a pleasure to work with and have in my house.
