I had good service from my initial query, to sales, to installation. Chris and Jared were professional installers who made sure I was satisfied and informed on the warranty, operation, and maintenance. I recommend Sunesta for awnings.

Our experience with Sunesta was excellent from start to finish. We met Mike Miller at the Mpls Home Show and told him we were interested in a shade for our courtyard. He came to our home, answered all of our questions and helped us order the perfect shade. In 3 weeks our shade was ready and we scheduled an install on a date convenient for us. Chris and Jared showed up on time and completed the Sunesta awning installation in a Professional and curteous manner.
Chad and Jared were on time and friendly. The awning installation was done quickly. I think it was done under an hour and included cleaning the deck off. Chris answered all my questions and gave me tips on using the awning. Love it so far! Can’t wait for summer to enjoy our deck. Plus it will help keep our sunroom cool on those hot day!
