chris, jared and ryan did a super of installing our awning. they were on time and finished in a hour.
What a great company to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. Everyone followed up with me in a timely manner. The installation happened when they said it would. I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you to Ryan, Mike, Jeff, Chris & Jared.
Well, it’s 100 degrees outside today & our deck got 20 degrees cooler & our awning looks fantastic thanks to Chris, Jared, Ryan (installers), & Mike (salesperson) and Nancy (office staff). They were on-time, professional, & efficiently worked well together. They were all personable & Chris gave clear & easy to follow information about how to care for the awning, use the remote & utilize the motion sensor. We had our awning installed today...LOVE IT!! Mike (Sales Rep) was here in July, he explained every thing about the awning, showed a video on how the awning looks & works. Since we had to go into the roof line he explained how that worked & made us feel confident about going into the roof with no leaks. We had a lot of choices on the fabric colors.
