We started a project six months ago. I have been lied to by every person I have had contact with at this company. I am considering taking the entire issue to the next level. I was assured this project would be completed by 12/31/2025 to qualify for the federal tax rebate. Not done. Our 90% payment for this entire project is looking like a terrible investment. Maybe the BBB and a good attorney would be a better idea.

Sunblaze installed a system for us early 2022. Great experience. However, we've recently had an issue that needs a tech. I started trying to contact Sunblaze late September. No answer to calls, voicemail was "full," so I emailed. And emailed again. And again. Four times to two email addresses. I even filled out the "new inquiry" contact form. No reply. Update: After posting the review below, Sunblaze has rectified the situation. They were very helpful. Initial Review. The estimate and installation project on my solar went okay. I have tried now for two full weeks to get Sunblaze to answer The phone and or call me back. I have left numerous messages. I even got a text once from them saying they would be by the next day. Everyone at Sunblaze was absolutely amazing to work with! Having some bad experiences in the past with contractors this was a nice change. My pet peeve is communication and everyone was very responsive and transparent with the project including the timeline and expectations. Ron is proactive with the monitoring and if something doesn't look right he is there on the spot getting it corrected. The install crew was courteous and respectful and left the site clean everyday. I was overwhelmed with choosing a solar company but got a recommendation from a friend for SunBlaze and I could not be happier. The system installation went well, great communication throughout the planning and execution phases of the project. We have been using the system for a few months and I am very satisfied with the after-care from SunBlaze; they have answered many of my questions and come out a couple times to very everything is working as designed. Very pleased customer!
