Made appointment for 2pm. Received a text to be there at 1:45. No problem, arrived at 1:44. Was immediately ushered to a small examination room where I sat until 2:45, alone. No one even noticed when I left. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated. Attached pic of clock in case office staff denies.
The best thing about this place is that they are focused. They get right to the problem. The all male staff is friendly, and you get tons of information and attention. The costs are reasonable.
