Joe came out and cleaned our carpets, and did an exceptional job! He was personable, respectful, and thorough. Our carpet is old, and has seen a lot. He spot treated, and gave extra attention to problem areas. We are very pleased with the results, and plan ti continue using Steamatic for our future needs!

We recently use the services of Steamatic of Grand Forks! We found their Estimator and Project Manager Chad Gilberg very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew of Taylor and Landon did an amazing job, and were also very courteous and caring. We were very pleased with our results, price point and experience. Highly recommend this company. Very well done.

We moved into a newly purchased house and wanted the furnace air ducts cleaned. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He discovered that the return air ducts had never been hooked up to the furnace which explained why there was a temperature difference of 6 to 7 degrees between the main floor and the lower level. I used 3 separate services. The dryer vent cleaning was excellent. The rug steam cleaning was acceptable, but did not accomplish what I hoped for regarding pet stains. Finally there was the pressure washing, which I thought was way overpriced, and once again not as effective regarding the soot stains as we had hoped.

We had all of our carpets + living room furniture steam cleaned by Steamatic & they did a great job! Very through & the young man who came to our house from Grand Forks was very nice & worked hard to get the job done. I would recommend them!!
