Excellent service start to finish. Cody and Nick were professional and knowledgeable. They walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. It's been 4 nights with clean vents and it is obvious (sinus) in the morning when we wake up the air is cleaner. I've got to mention the fact that I told Cody and Nick my wife lost her wedding ring years ago when it fell into a bathroom vent. A previous duct cleaning provider couldn't find it. Dave can't to our house for the consult, he was very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that what he said actually translated into what happened. The techs we had were Nick and Cody. They were very professional and thoughtful of our house. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and the professionalism! Thank you for instilling trust in myself to allow someone in my house to perform a service I can't do myself!
I had a great experience with Streamatic throughout this entire process. Tammy is amazing and did an excellent job keeping me updated every step of the way. Communication was always clear, and I never felt left wondering what was happening. Chris is fantastic at guiding me through the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything, and make sure I understood what to expect. Marcus and Anthony are the team members who worked in my home the most, and they were always friendly, respectful, and pro... read more
Guys came in showed them around and I left for work. When I came home my house not only felt cleaner, the air was lighter more breathable and over all fresh. Normally we wake up with some congestion and the heavy dirty air. Now it's so clean! Slept better and more refreshed this morning. Thank you Nick and Cody for your hard work and making our home feel so much better! Hope you enjoyed the pizza too!
Service was fantastic. A real person answered the phone, was personable, straight forward, and informative. They picked it up and returned it exactly when they said they would. I interviewed 2 other company's and so glad I went with Steamatic. The light colored wool rug looks beautiful
