Spashtime delivered on the basics. They arrived and set up on time, the bubble activities were pretty good and the kids had fun playing with the bubbles. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in terms of engagement and customer service. The employees did not demonstrate how to use any of the bubble equipment, leaving parents and kids to figure things out on their own.
