Kenneth called me back within minutes, diagnosed our problem within minutes, cleaned our unit, replaced our filter, charged the unit and ordered a new thermostat for us! When he put it in it took less than 30 minutes, walked us through how to put the smart thermostat on our phones, and in the meantime time held my puppy who was driving us nuts wanting attention. Can’t recommend him enough!! My two dogs will be very excited to see him again! We will use this company as long as my dogs and I can have Kenneth take care of us!

Spiker's estimate came in at one-half of what a couple of other contractors were asking. Kenneth and Daniel were great guys to work with, and they performed well above what was required. The city inspector found no discrepancies. I will keep Spiker on my list of preferred contractors.

These guys are great. Prompt, reliable, and I feel they are reasonably priced. They did not get annoyed by my many questions. Unfortunately I left them alone with my cats. From what I hear it was quite frightful experience for both him and my cat. I heard there was screaming from both parties. Both are survivors.

They had my tenants ac back on and running in 20 minutes. Price was great, jay and his partner Daniel were very nice. My cousin referred me to them and im definitely using them again. Thanks Brian

They did a great job, called when they had to reschedule because their truck broke down at end of day and took to long to change. Worked with us to get in for next day. They did a great job informing me what needed done and was done. Had another company come out a year ago, they said my capacitor was bad and it would cost 300, these guys looked and showed the capacitor as great condition and said nothing was showing bad.
