Austin helped us pick out and purchase our new ROG 12RKSS and the experience was great. From transparency to financing, it was smooth as butter. Great communication from the time we did paperwork, to the pickup date, without ever feeling pressured into buying extras or unneeded items. The process was as straightforward as it could be. We recently purchased a travel trailer from Southland. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. The service department did a great job of walking us through how to operate our unit. They also quickly moved our hitch to the new unit and measured and adjusted the hitch height. Finance was handled smoothly. Overall, we are very pleased with the buying experience with Soithland. We would recommend them and will go back to them in the future.
I am giving Colton and associates at Southland a four-star rating only because of the bank they chose for us to deal with. I have been paying bills and dealing with many banks a long, long time and I've never dealt with a bank so bad in my life. I am warning everyone do not use US Bank for anything! I have talked to Colton about all the problems with US bank and I hope and pray they take them off their list of banks to use!!!
